This section applies only to Bolt IQ. Bolt IQ may offer optional purchases through Google Play, including ad-free access, subscriptions, coin packs, and gameplay power-up packs.

Google Play processes payment information. We do not receive or store full credit card or bank account details.

Purchasing ad-free access disables automatic interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available when a player chooses to use them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bolt IQ pre-registration reward offered by Eric Games Studio.

1. Eligibility

• You must pre-register for Bolt IQ through Google Play before the game is released in your region.
• You must install and open Bolt IQ after the game becomes available.
• The reward is available only where Bolt IQ pre-registration and the game are available through Google Play.
• The reward is limited to eligible Google Play users and may require the same Google account used for pre-registration.

2. Reward details

The pre-registration reward is a Bolt Overdrive in-game item or power-up. Bolt Overdrive is a gameplay reward for use inside Bolt IQ only. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the game.

3. Delivery of reward

The reward may be delivered automatically after Bolt IQ launches and the player opens the game. Delivery may depend on Google Play systems, internet connection, app version, account eligibility, and successful reward configuration.

4. Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the reward to eligible players. However, the reward may be delayed, changed, replaced with a similar in-game reward, or unavailable if required by technical issues, platform rules, fraud prevention, abuse, or legal requirements.

5. Fair use

We may refuse, remove, or adjust a reward if we believe it was claimed through abuse, fraud, technical manipulation, duplicate claims, or a violation of Google Play rules or these terms.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these pre-registration reward terms if the game, reward, Google Play requirements, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page.

Information stored on your device

Our games may store gameplay information locally so they can remember progress and preferences. This may include level progress, scores, tutorial completion, coins, rewards, unlocked items, audio settings, notification preferences, advertising frequency progress, and Bolt IQ purchase or entitlement status.

Advertising

Hexa Smart Sort and Bolt IQ are ad-supported. They may use advertising services including Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and other advertising partners available through those platforms.

Advertising services may process device type, operating system, language, app version, IP address, approximate location, advertising identifiers where available, ad impressions, clicks, rewards, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals.

Third-party services

Children's privacy

Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
